As you will see from our home page, SiteShare is going to be changing over the coming month. We have listened to suggestions and believe now is the time to change and to develop the site so it can be dynamic and not need to input of our admin team, site submissions will be immediate and you will be able to vote and comment on other users submissions.

We will be building in the ability to import data, images and feeds from other sites, so that you can SiteShare your links and spread the word. We will provide various tools to allow you to submit to SiteShare from your browser, even without having to visit the site.

These changes are going to be vast and hopefully improve the way in which you use SiteShare. One month and counting and we should be ready to go live with the new site.

SiteShare will have a major overhaul in the coming month, we have been in discussions with our developers about adding more functionality to the site and will have a voting system for the sites submitted, we will be working to provide webmasters with various tools to link back to the site and an opportunity for you to import your bookmarks, pictures, RSS and Twitter feeds to name but a few. You will be able to search by tags, categories and see how other users rate the sites, we are confident this will become a great resource for you and encourage you to sign up and share your bookmarks!

We have now finished testing the search function in the site, this site search is powered by Google and has been submitted to them recently, results will improve as the Google search engines crawl our site and as it grows. We also have a site-map to help new users navigate easily round the site which should also improve search results through Google.
